RETURNS

 Full Price Items:

• Full priced product(s) can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase – considering the products are unused and in their original packing. 
• Refunds allowed only on Non sale items, if;
  • the product is unused with original packing and receipt is available. 
  • returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
• All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment 

Sale/Discounted Items:

• Sale items can only be exchanged within 30 days considering the exchange item is in good condition. 
• Items will only be exchanged up to the same amount. Any difference will be given as store credit. 

RETURNS:

• Any Items brought from villagecultures or any partner store can only be exchanged from that same location based on their exchange/refund policy using their receipt or invoice.
• Any items brought from a craft Store(s) or On-line can be exchanged or refunded from any of our craft Store(s).
